You are responsible for everything assigned in the book and everything covered in class (even if you are not in class).

1. Be in class, on time.2. Don't ask questions on problems you haven't tried.
3. Late homework is not accepted.
4. There are no make-up tests or quizzes .
5. Don't do homework in class.
6. Sharpen pencils before class.
7. Turn off cell phones.
8. No iPods in class.
9. No text messaging in class.

Always bring the problem you are working on with you.
Attendance:
I take attendance at the beginning of each class session. You are allowed 4 absences; if you miss more than 4 classes, you may be dropped.
About the Course:
This course presents an analysis of functions and their graphs. These include linear, polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions. Other topics include systems of equations and conic sections. This course integrates the technology with the topics under consideration.
